INTERPRETER ONLINE REQUEST

Our scheduling office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time. We will make every attempt to honor requests for online interpreting services, but we encourage you to provide as much advance notice as possible. A minimum of four hours notice is required for business hours requests and eight hours for non-business hours requests.

After you have submitted your request services from CSDIO, a representative will contact you with confirmation of the scheduled assignment. If you have a specific agenda or PowerPoint presentations for the scheduled event, please provide them in advance so our interpreter can review them to be properly prepared. Shortly before the scheduled start time, the CSDIO Interpreter will contact you to check video and audio connections for the assignment
