Although CSDIO is compatible with most available video equipment, we
recommend the Polycom V700 as an excellent choice for reliable connections,
crisp video and clear audio. Whatever equipment you decide to use, when you
sign up for Interpreting Online, a representative will contact you to ensure
that video and audio quality meet the requirements for a quality Interpreting Online experience. If the customer chooses to use a videophone other than the recommended videophone, CSDIO cannot guarantee the video and audio quality for the duration of the assignment.
